Refrigerator cleanliness should be prioritized!!! Information on using key cards for lights could be clearer at check-in. Staff should communicate better regarding breakfast times, as updates were inconsistent!!!

I was really pleased with my stay, as the hotel was just a short distance from The Farm at Door Creek, which is perfect for a nice stroll in nature, and the breakfast was pretty good, with an exceptionally friendly staff member helping out on Saturday morning.

We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious King Suite, and the kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool. Plus, having a cozy jacuzzi available made our evenings super relaxing. The woman at reception quickly relocated me to a quieter room when I needed to work early after a late-night disruption. The staff was incredibly accommodating!
I wished I could have used the pool and hot tub, but my stay was so brief. One night just wasn't enough to enjoy everything!
